Sarah Baimbridge will be running a clinic in Stratford upon Avon every Wednesday morning from April 4th 2018.

The clinic will be based at Therapy Fusion, Trinity House, Aintree Road, Stratford upon Avon.

Launching Body Sculpt 2018

We spent the latter part of 2017 running a number of different courses in order for us to build out the perfect group exercise program.

In 2018 we officially launch Body Sculpt.

Body Sculpt is a 12-week program designed to target those areas of the body that are sometimes difficult to budge. It is a great way to help get rid of those stubborn remaining kgs or to kick-start your new fitness regime.
